Mougeot Architecture completed designs for a 22 building office park in Alexandria, LA. The building designs were created with Creole French and New Orleans styles in mind. The courtyard has continuity from the exterior space throughout the interior of the buildings. It features exposed wood beams, interior brick walls, and an interior mezzanine like the exterior porches seen throughout the French Quarter. These buildings are being purchased by medical companies, attorneys, insurance companies, and other professional practices. The renderings and sketches gave the clients a better understanding of what the finished buildings will look like. In addition, they are used to promote the continued development of the office park. We assisted the developer with the selection of standard material pallets, typical design details, architectural style cohesion, development signage, perimeter fencing, courtyard designs, etc. Each building is a custom design that gives the office park a unique identity unlike many preceding commercial developments. The building sizes range from 3,500 s.f. to 12,000 s.f.
